Innovation is a key to success for most companies and a possible source of differentiation. In addition to a solid management education, the programme Innovations-Management prepares students for the specifics of the focused design of success-oriented innovation management, especially in an international context.
The distance learning programme Innovations-Management is modular in structure. The modules comprise the following study contents:
Module 1: Management-Framework
Module 2: Communication & Soft Skills for Leadership
Module 3: Marketing-Politics and Strategy
Module 4: Performance and Financial Management
Module 5: Marketing: Market Research and Customer Management
Module 6: Management: Economics & Quantitative Analysis
Module 20: Innovation Management in Companies
Module 21: Human aspects of a corporate strategy and culture promoting innovation
Module 22: Methodologies for systematic innovation management
The semester certificates comprise the following modules
Basic I: modules 1, 2 and 3
Basic II: modules 4, 5 and 6
Certificate Innovations-Management: modules 20, 21 and 22
For admission to the certificate programme in Innovations-Management you must prove a university entrance qualification that is recognised in Germany.
In addition, you need documentary proof of English language skills equating at least with level B2 (CEFR) or equivalent.
You can also take individual modules or semester certificates for your specific professional development.
Depending on the course taken, you can obtain the following degrees:

In addition, there is a social contribution of about € 113 each semester, which Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences requests separately, and a one-time fee of € 8 for the issuing of the student ID card.

details and procedure
The duration and content of the programme depend on the courses you take.
You study part-time with the help of written study materials and learning software. In addition, there will be three attendance sessions per semester.
You can take the following courses:
Overall certificate:
Take all nine modules, either by completing the three semester certificates or all individual modules.
Degree:
You will receive the overall certificate after successfully completing the modules.
Semester certificate:
Three defined modules per semester
Degree:
You will receive the semester certificate after successfully completing three defined modules.
Single certificate:
One module per semester
All modules can be chosen and taken individually.
Degree:
You will receive an individual certificate after each successfully completed module.
The achievements in the certificate programme can be credited to the MBA programme when you meet the requirements for the MBA programme.
This certificate programme is offered by the Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences, Zweibrücken, in cooperation with the zfh.

Admission is possible in either summer or winter semesters
Annual application periods:
for the summer semester: beginning of November until 15th January
for the winter semester: beginning of May until 15th July
