Re-registration deadlines

You can always undertake your re-report during the following time periods:


Re-registration for the summer semester: 01.11. – 31.12.
Re-registration for the winter semester: 01.05. – 30.06.


Please make sure that you re-register for the following semester in time!
In the event of late re-registration, students are charged a late submission fee of currently 21,00 EUR. If a student fails to re-register, the process of removing that student from the register of students (Exmatrikulation) will be initiated.

Please note: You can use the aforementioned link carefree. If you shall receive an error message or a safety note this does not mean a restriction while using the site.

If you must request for a semester on leave of absence, you have to do so during the re-registration period.

Please fill in the form and send it to us. Furthermore, please enclose evidence of your reasons.

If you have completed/ will complete your studies or have to terminate your studies please fill in the request for deregistration and send it to us.

If you have made an overpayment, you can submit a request for reimbursement.
