As a BioMex student, you’ll unlock endless opportunities: Access free coaching, get support with learning and time management, and benefit from a study programme shaped by international industry leaders and scientific experts. Learn flexibly online - while staying ahead in the fast-evolving biotech science market. Choose from a range of modules and put together your own level of our certificates: you can choose between microcredentials, a microdegree, a certificate and a diploma of advanced studies.
Duration of the Certificate

Admission Criteria
- Either a university degree or a completed professional experience in bioscience with 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in English at B2 level
Degree
4 Certification Levels:
- Certificate of Microcredential: 1-4 ECTS
- Certificate of Microdegree: 5-9 ECTS
- Certificate of Advanced Studies: From 10 ECTS
- Diploma of Advanced Studies: From 30 ECTS

About the Programme
BioMex is an academic advanced training programme for biomedical expertise. It is supported by the Special Initiative "Decent Work for a Just Transition" of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and Centre for Distance Learning (zfh Koblenz).
Since its launch in December 2023, BioMex has been a gateway to transformative learning, offering more than just education - it's a journey of personal growth through independent learning.
